Pick up the phone and call. We answer Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday we're closed. If you call after hours, leave a message with your job details and we'll call back first thing. A standard porta potty rental for a three-day job takes five minutes to describe. A construction site with multiple units and a dumpster needs a little longer, and photos help.

Fill out the contact form on this site and we'll call you. Write down what you need: event restroom rental, a roll-off dumpster, septic pumping, whatever it is. Tell us your job dates and your address in Columbia. If you have a picture of the spot where the unit goes, attach it. We'll call within two hours on business days.
Email works too if you prefer it, but the phone is faster for a quote. We don't answer email on Sunday.
How to request an on-site estimate
A site visit takes 20 to 30 minutes. We look at ground conditions, the space available, where water or power might run, and whether a roll-off dumpster needs about 60 feet of straight clearance behind the truck. For a restroom trailer, we check the slope and the hardness of the ground. For septic pumping, we locate the tank and check the lid.
Bring your site plan if you have one. If you're renting for a wedding or an event, walk us through the guest count and the hours. We'll tell you whether a standard unit, a deluxe model or a restroom trailer fits the job. Construction jobs in Columbia must meet OSHA 1926.51(c)(1) toilet facility requirements based on worker count, and we'll help you get that right.

How to pay and set up delivery
We take credit card, check and ACH. Deposits hold your date; final payment is due before delivery. We deliver storage containers Monday through Friday and most Saturdays. Standard portable toilet delivery takes one business day to set up. If you need a deluxe flushable unit or an ADA accessible porta potty, same timeline. Rush delivery on Saturday costs more.
Call us back with your payment method and preferred dates. We'll confirm the delivery window and email you a receipt.
What if I need help after the rental starts?
Call anytime. We service standard units and deluxe models weekly; the industry baseline interval under ANSI/PSAI Z4.3 is one service visit per week for up to 10 users over a 40 hour week. If you need more frequent service, tell us and we'll adjust the contract.
Do you handle permits for dumpster placement?
Placement in the public right of way needs confirming with the city. We'll help you figure out what applies to your address in Columbia, but you'll need to contact the city directly for final sign-off on the specific ordinance that covers your location.
Can I extend my rental?
Yes. Call and we'll extend the contract. If you're past your original end date, we charge the daily rate for the extra days unless you convert to a weekly or monthly rental.
What's the service area and how far out do you go?
We service Columbia and deliver to job sites within 25 miles, including West Columbia (14.1 miles west), Cayce (17.0 miles southwest) and Lexington (23.0 miles west). Call with your address and we'll confirm.
How do I know which unit size I need?
Tell us your headcount, the job duration and what it's for. A wedding with 150 guests for four hours needs different math than a construction crew of eight people for two weeks. OSHA 1926.51(c) sets minimum toilet counts by worker count. We'll spec it right and send you options.
